Platform can be used only by individuals or companies ("Persons") who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable laws in your country.

Platform can identify some but not all common-known issues in Solidity Smart Contracts and generate audit reports. Some issues and/or vulnerabilities can be missed by the Platform.
AuditFirst.io is not responsible for any damage and/or loss incurred from using the Service. You can use the Service at your own risk.
5. No Advice. No Recommendation
All and any information available on AuditFirst.io should not be considered as a solicitation to update any code of applications or Smart Contracts, or to offer or provide any kind of advice or service to any person in any jurisdiction. No information provided to you by AuditFirst.io is intended as, or shall be considered or construed as, advice or recommendation.
The User is solely responsible for the decisions he or she makes.
To understand all the risks related to Smart Contracts the User must have the appropriate knowledge and expertise.
6. Risks and Limitation of Liability
By using the Services, you warrant that you understand the all the risks associated with blockchain-based software solutions.
The reports provided by the Platform can assist User to improve the security of their projects. Generated audit reports by the Platform do not constitute statements, representations or warranties of AuditFirst.io in any respect, including reports with bug free status.
You must not relay on the audit report while making any decisions that your blockchain application or Smart Contract is safe to used.
You has sole responsibility for any loss of using your blockchain applications or your Smart Contracts.
You understand and agree that AuditFirst.io will not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses from using the audit reports and / or your blockchain applications and / or your Smart Contracts.

Unless otherwise stated, AuditFirst.io and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material provided on AuditFirst.io. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these Terms.
You must not:
Republish material from AuditFirst.io;
Sell, rent or sub-license material or Services from AuditFirst.io;
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material or Services from AuditFirst.io;
Redistribute content or Services from AuditFirst.io.
